Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I understand that you may be feeling disappointed with your recent home buying experience. From the outset, I was transparent about my role as the seller's agent. You acknowledged this by signing the Disclosure Regarding Real Estate Agency, which clearly stated that I represented the seller's interests. Furthermore, the Seller's Disclosures provided detailed information about the property, including what was included in the sale. Regarding the competing offers, I accurately communicated this information throughout the process. I also had several productive conversations with your attorney, during which I provided him with all relevant information prior to the closing. It's important to note that when a real estate agent is listed on Zillow for both the buyer and seller in a transaction, it typically indicates that the agent was involved in both sides of the deal, but not necessarily that they represented both parties. In this case, I solely represented the seller. I value your feedback and strive to provide the best possible service to all my clients.
